At the moment, we do not accept returns. However, if a custom order was not made correctly, an exchange can be initiated at no charge.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs in the event of an exchange. Exchanges must be handled within 30 days of original order date.

 

Snapped or Broken Jewelry

Though our jewelry is made with integrity, it is possible that a piece can get caught and snap or break through normal wear and tear. If this happens, gather up the pieces and ship back to us at:
