Order & Processing 

Lucky Bead Co. is a small business and every item is made to order. Please allow extra processing time to ensure all orders are made with precision and care. In-stock items have a lead time of 1-3 days. Custom items have a lead time of 1-1.5 weeks. Custom items, outside of those listed on the website, have a lead time of 3-4 weeks.

Shipping

All orders are shipped First Class Retail via USPS. We charge a flat rate of $5 for shipping on all orders under $100. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

Tracking

Orders will ship out within 1-5 business days after order is placed. Customers will receive an email confirmation when their order ships with USPS tracking #.

Lost or Damaged Orders

Lucky Bead Co. is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged en route to customer. If your package is lost, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to work with USPS to find your package.
